Kirk A. Williams - President / CEO

Kirk Williams - PresidentThis is Kirk’s 33rd year in the Transportation and Logistics field.  Kirk has worked for and managed several of the largest facilities and operations for some of the largest transportation and logistics companies in the world such as Carolina Freight Corp., Exel Logistics, Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad, GATX and APL Logistics. Kirk held direct line item management responsibility for over $500,000,000 in purchased transportation spend annually.  Kirk earned his BS in Transportation and Logistics Management from Kent State University.  Kirk and his wife Jean reside in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL.

 

 

 

Dominic Raices, CPA - Chief Financial Officer

Kirk Williams - PresidentDominic has over 20 years experience as an accounting professional.  Since 2007 he has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Proficient Auto Transport.  Dominic brings a diverse collection of knowledge and experience having worked for companies such as Watson Mortgage, The Suddath Companies, Stein Mart, Merrill Lynch, and Liz Claiborne.  Dominic earned his BS from Jacksonville University and is a Certified Public Accountant.  Dominic and his wife Raquel reside in Orange Park, FL.

 

 

 

Robert “Bobby” Hinton - V.P. Operations
“Safety, Training, and Quality”

Kirk Williams - PresidentBobby started in 1971 as an Owner Operator working for Florida Convoy and later as Union Steward for Dixie Transport.  Bobby achieved 3 Million accident free miles as an auto transport driver.  In 1990 he joined The Waggoners Trucking Company eventually moving into his first management position as Assistant Terminal Manager supervising 200 drivers.  Bobby was later promoted to Regional Quality Coordinator where he designed quality training programs, trained new drivers, and established damage prevention programs.  Bobby joined Proficient as Vice President of Operations in 2005.  Bobby and his wife Dorothy reside in Middleburg, FL.

 

 

 

Brad Childs - V.P. Sales / Operations Mgt.

Joseph NicosiaAccomplished senior operations, sales, and finance professional with proven track record. Most recently served as Director of Business Planning for GLOVIS AMERICA, INC, Irvine, CA, A $5 billion worldwide automotive 3PL. GLOVIS’ main customers are Hyundai and Kia. There he developed long term growth plans to expand business and diversify revenue base and managed a $400 million business plan.

Prior Experience includes Chief Financial Officer Legendary Incorporated. In addition to Glovis, Brads extensive finished vehicle logistics experience includes a strong background at Allied Automotive Group in Operations and Sales as Regional Controller, then Manager of the Florida Region moving over 200,000 cars annually with 150 drivers and then progressing into the Vice President Sales position over all sales for Allied Automotive Group. Brad has a BA in Finance from the University of Florida and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Mercer University.
